5 LBS of Top of the Mountain stew beef * 2 medium onions
3 cloves of garlic
6 tbsp. of dry basil
6 bay leaves
2 small packages of sliced mushrooms
3 beef bouillon cubes or Tangos soup bone stock * Flour and water to thicken
Sea salt and pepper to taste
500 ml of sour cream and 2 cups of white wine to be added at time of serving
